These are the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you visit or make a purchase from www.rethinkredesign.co.za.
This website is operated by Rethink Redesign. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “my” or “I” refer to Rethink Redesign. Rethink Redesign offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES
Rethink Redesign is an online store offering plastic-free items and less or zero-waste alternatives to your everyday items.
AGREEMENT OF SALE
An agreement of sale between Rethink Redesign and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point, all goods remain the property of Rethink Redesign.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. If we have not received payment, your order will not be processed.
All orders are dispatched via a courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. We will always do our best to update you on where your package is at. Your package should be at your door within 1-5 working days from when payment is cleared. Please get in touch with us if this is not the case.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Rethink Redesign is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Rethink Redesign will contact you with options.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order cannot be cancelled.
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Rethink Redesign via email within one working day of receiving it. If the product is unused and in its original sealed state/packaging we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon our receipt of a return, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state and is unused, we will then make an arrangement for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you the value of the damaged or broken product.
If you have opened and/or used the product, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and Rethink Redesign itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These products include personal care items that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Items bought on sale are not legible for refunds.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Rethink Redesign within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made using Visa or MasterCard Debit or Credit cards or by bank transfer into the Rethink Redesign bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Debit and Credit card transactions will be acquired for Rethink Redesign via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Rethink Redesign separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Yoco secure payment terminal. For more detail on Virtual Card Services visit the Yoco website.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Rethink Redesign takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
We strive to ensure that all information on this website is as accurate and as up to date as possible and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Rethink Redesign accepts no responsibility if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. The material on this site is provided for general information only and while we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. We, therefore, advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of the products.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do choose our products with care and have high standards in picking the product range. We are checking every product thoroughly, as we receive it from our suppliers, but we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
USE OF THIS WEBSITE
This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
